The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great. The cleaning staff always left our room spotless.

Staff is excellent. I appreciate the patience with me despite being a foreigner.

The location was perfect for getting around Tokyo, easy access to many different sites and offered attractions close to the hotel. Additionally, there were many excellent food options and some highly rated restaurants nearby.

We booked a hotel for three, my wife, myself and my 11 year old son, but they only gave us two full size beds. We expected to have a bed for each of us, but it worked out fine.

The room was small but comfortable. The beds were great and the pillows were really comfortable (molded foam, very firm, we use the same at home). The hotel offered nice quality cleaners and lotions, held our bags all day for us, the staff was very helpful, and the location was in an awesome Shinjuku neighborhood! We would stay again.

The bathroom was very small and the shower sprayed all over the floor, but it was very clean and the tub was nice and deep.

Great location, pleasant staff, I got a free upgrade which was lovely!

The hotel was nice and clean. There was a vendy with beers on one of the floors which was nice for a quick beer after coming home from a full day. The breakfast was decent. The front service personnel were very nice and courteous.

The room was small. We had 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 7yr old) so we got a room with 2 beds. There was no room for anything in between the 2 beds (ie: a night stand). Also, we did laundry on one of the days and it took 3 rounds of 40 minutes for our clothes to dry and even then we had to hang some of the thicker items over night in our bathroom. And speaking of the bathroom, it is designed in a weird way where if you're showering and the water hits the sides of the shower walls, it drains to the outside to the floor of the bathroom but not all of the water catches in the drain making the floor sopping wet by the time you get out.

Location was great, staff was so nice and helpful, the only problem was the size of the room which was too small for our family of 3 with 2 big luggages, but I think for the family of 2 should be ok

Excellent location, friendly staff. Only downsides were that I could not open the window, although I was given a choice with a room with a window that did open. I opted for what I thought would be quieter because it was at end of the hall.Other downside was mildew in the grout in the shower. Not horrible, but enough to raise an eyebrow. After my side trip to Kyoto, I am staying here again for 4 nights, so that speaks to how good this hotel truly is!

It’s quite convenient to get walk to Shinjuku center area. Meanwhile, this site is undistributed at night but easy to find.The staff is professional and friendly to offer help. They did a very good job of handover to each other at different shifts which ensures smooth and efficient communication between us.

I have stayed here multiple times over the past 3 years. My experience has been incredible but in my last visit, I left my bags in the hotel and planned to check in in a couple of days but when I came back my bags hadn’t been delivered to my assigned room as they had done it in the past.

Amazing stay, perfect location, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Loved how close the location was to Shinjuku main and busy areas, yet it was in a secluded and peaceful area. Seven 11 was very close which was very convenient.

The beds are quite small but comfortable.

Location is very close to Shinjuku area, but set at a quieter part, so it’s comfortable at night. The breakfast was also delicious and healthy.

The building’s a bit old and so are the furnishings. I have bad allergies when it comes to older buildings.

- Location a stone's throw from Shinjuku station, but away from the noise - Clean and modern room, well-maintained- Easy / friendly check-in and check-out- Lots of small details: good toiletries, charging set, slippers, etc. - Great value. Overall it doesn't feel "cheap"I would stay again when traveling alone.

- The single room is small, even by Japanese standards- The plumbing makes some noise, but it didn't bother me

My husband loved the giant breakfast. It was over the top for me but the staff in the restaurant were very nice and were working incredibly hard.

Room was very small, more that I even expected, but it was my first experience in Japan. Not quite as close to train station as I thought but partly that's because the station is enormous and it can take a long time to walk even within the station to exit. Not the fault of the hotel at all, just an observation on area.

Very centrally located in the Shinjuku area with access to restaurants, shops, and stores all within reasonable walking distance.

The room we had felt exceptionally small for a a family of two adults and two children plus our luggage.
